One of the benefits of having a healthy weight is that it will help you avoid health problems such as musculoskeletal disorders (osteoarthritis), high blood pressure (hypertension), type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke, and cancers like breast and colon. Also a healthy weight improves your mental health and boosts your confidence. Remember, obesity/overweight is a condition that can change.

I do various health research, and I focus on doing research that will bring benefits to the community. For example, I do research on how people will lose weight by using natural ways. Fortunately, in my research, I have managed to discover just one thing that will help many in their weight loss journey. The only thing we can do is to go back and live a natural life. I mean, 90% of our diet should come from natural foods such as vegetables, fruits, meat, cooking oil, and grains. As well as exercise.

In ancient life, people were exercising regularly without their knowledge. For instance, there were no modern ways of working. People were using their energy in working. Still, in rural areas, large percentage of people do not experience various health problems such as hypertension, diabetes, and being overweight because they still use their bodies for various activities and eat only natural foods.

Only 10% of people who live in rural areas are obese, and they claim it's genetic.
